A relaxed, beginner-friendly mahjong experience for teams and private groups. We bring the tiles, tile guides and tutors! Great for team days, after-work gatherings and private celebrations.

A guided mahjong session paired with a Chinese menu made for sharing. Social, interactive and easy to join, even if nobody has played before.

The Full East Wind Experience
A full experience built around playing, making and eating together, start with mahjong, get hands-on with a food workshop, then gather around the table for a shared meal.

Food is part of the experience.
East Wind’s food is led by Lacey, who has been creating Shanghai and Asian-inspired pop-ups around Helsinki, from xiaolongbao and youtiao to shared dinners and street-food nights.
For our private events, food can be part of the table or part of the activity: a shared Asian meal, a hands-on dumpling workshop, or both.
